Co-founded by Hannah TW and Tyson Mcvey in 2015, LMP began as a casual meet-up and has evolved into a vital support network, jobs board and knowledge swap for women and gender-variant people in the industry.  In 2018 Nellie Owusu and Marina Garvey Birch joined the LMP team. Offering monthly meetings and guidance on everything from HR to A&R, the organisation’s support has helped members secure their dream jobs at Warp, Boiler Room, Domino, XL Recordings and many more.

LMP has programmed stages at We Out Here festival, By:Larm festival in Oslo, and Hockley Hustle in Nottingham.
